Women and Weights is an introductory program to strength training and techniques.

Each week, the program will focus on a different muscle group:

Week 1: Legs

Week 2: Core

Week 3: Upper Body

Week 4: Arms

Program Dates and Times:

Mondays: 3:30-4:00pm

Tuesdays: 4:00-4:30pm

Wednesdays: 7:15-7:45pm

Thursdays: 5:30-6:00pm
