Each Thursday, starting September 12th, join us in the Fitness Centre to explore a new exercise or piece of equipment.  You could be a beginner, looking to learn how to properly complete the exercise or navigate the piece of equipment, or a regular fitness aficionado looking to perfect your technique.  All are welcome!
