Indoor Sessions

 

Would you like to learn how to run, cycle or row indoors?  We have developed 3 different programs to assist you on your fitness journey:

 

Indoor Rowing:

Learn how to ERG!  Or maybe just perfect your technique on our indoor rowing machines.

A qualified staff will teach you the basics, and assist you to build stamina and work towards increasing your time and distance with this low impact cardio training exercise.

Starts September 30th

Mondays:

10:30-11:15am

3:00-3:45pm

Tuesdays:

10:15-11:00am

 

Indoor Running:

Learn the proper warm up techinques, how to improve your stamina, speed and distance, and proper cool down techniques while enjoying our indoor track.

Starts October 1st

Tuesdays:

5:00-5:45pm

Wednesdays:

4:15-5:00pm

Fridays:

3:15-4:00pm

5:15-6:00pm

 

Indoor Cycling:

Learn how to navigate the set up and control of our indoor spin cycles, how to train for stamina, speed and distance, and enjoy being inside as the weather turns cooler.

Starts September 30th

Mondays:

5:00-5:45pm

Tuesdays:

4:00-4:45pm

5:45-6:30pm

Thursdays:

4:15-5:00pm

Fridays:

4:15-5:00pm

 

All sessions require registration, but are free of charge with your Fitness Centre Membership.
