Weight Training For Women

 

This program is designed as an introduction to weight training, and is 3 sessions long.  Each session will target different muscle groups, and participants will learn a variety of body and free weight exercises to add to their own fitness programs. 

WTWF starts May 15th

Registration will begin May 6th
