We have fitness classes running daily for all fitness levels. Whether you want to relax and stretch in our Yoga classes, or burn off some excess energy in some of our high energy cardio classes, there is something for everyone.
All classes are included in your membership. Our instructors are highly qualified and can assist you to achieve your fitness goals.
Please come dressed appropriately to move and with appropriate footwear on your feet.
