Are you looking to add some unique exercises to your workout, but aren't sure how to use some of the equipment like the ropes or Kettlebells?

This 4 Week program will introduce you to a variety of training equipment beyond the bars, handweights and machines.

Gliding Discs

Kettlebells

Bosu Balls

Medicine Balls
