Workshop Wednesdays


Each Wednesday from 7-8pm, join us for Workshop Wednesday.

During the workshop, participants will be introduced to new exercises, improve technique or be reintroduced to an old favourite exercise with a new twist.

January Workshop Wednesday Lineup

January 17th: Deadlifts

January 24th: Squats/Lunges

January 31st: Kettlebell


All workshops will be held in the Fitness Studio
