Introducing Small Group Training!

This training is for 4-6 people. 

1) You can register with a group of friends, or on your own and be placed within a group (great way to meet new people!)

2) Choose a training time:

    Mondays: 2-3pm

    Tuesdays: 3:00-4:00pm

    Wednesdays: 2:30-3:30pm


3) Show up for your session time, and get ready to move!

All sessions are set up in a circuit training/bootcamp style.  Please dress appropriately, wear the correct footwear and bring a water bottle!

Sessions will take place in the Fitness Studio.

Small Group Training starts on May 13th.  Registration starts Monday May 6th.
