We are introducing the High Five Goal Program this January to allow you to choose achievable weekly goals to help you on your way.
Simply stop by the fitness desk, write down the goal you wish to achieve on a paper hand, and it will be posted on the wall. Work your way to achieving that goal and once you're there, give yourself a high five, keep the hand print, and choose another goal.
It's simple, it's achievable, and it will keep you motivated!
