New to the Fitness Center? Unsure of how the machines work?

Join in on an Orientation and learn how to safely and effectively use the Fitness Centre to achieve your fitness goals.

Please wear appropriate clothing and footwear.

All participants will receive a Program Card to record their fitness progress.
