Fitness Coordinator Announces Exercise Workshops for Students!

All student athletics and recreation users are welcome to join Mike, Fitness Coordinator, for weekly exercise workshops to help increase your fitness knowledge!!

 

  • Workshops will run every Thursday from September 22nd - November 17th at 4:00pm.
  • Each workshop will be instructed by Mike Brain, S@Y Fitness Coordinator and CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer.
  • 45 minute hands on educational session will also feature information package

Week 1) Functional Training, Sept 22nd

Week 2) Strength Training for Females, Sept 29th 

Week 3) Foam Rolling, Oct 6th

Week 4) Interval Training, Oct 13th

Week 5) Flexibility, Oct 20th 

Week 6) Agility, Balance, Coordination, Nov 3rd 

Week 7) Plyometrics, Nov 10th
