All student athletics and recreation users are welcome to join Mike, Fitness Coordinator, for weekly exercise workshops to help increase your fitness knowledge!!
- Workshops will run every Thursday from September 22nd - November 17th at 4:00pm.
- Each workshop will be instructed by Mike Brain, S@Y Fitness Coordinator and CSEP-Certified Personal Trainer.
- 45 minute hands on educational session will also feature information package
