Jump Rope (100 singles or 50 doubles)
- Stand up straight, abs engaged, rope in each hand at your side
- Turn rope using your wrists, not entire arm.
- Keep shoulders and elbows relaxed, hands about waistline
- Bend knees slightly
- Jump on balls of feet, heels should never touch ground
- Jump over the rope with a very low relaxed bounce
Rope does not pass under both feet completely nor does it spin forward.
