Hurdle Over Under (15)

Start Position:  Stand in front of the hurdle. Hurdle height is 24”.

  1.  Step or jump over the hurdle without any part of their body touching the hurdle. This sequence (steps 1, 2 and 3) = one rep completed.
  2. Walk or run to the starting position (in front of hurdle) and begin the drill again.
  3. Step or crawl under the hurdle without any part of their body touching the hurdle.

Finish Position: The athlete clears the hurdle without touch any part of the hurdle.

No Rep

  1.  Any part of the body touches the hurdle at any stage of the drill the entire rep is not counted.
