Hurdle Over Under (15)
Start Position: Stand in front of the hurdle. Hurdle height is 24”.
- Step or jump over the hurdle without any part of their body touching the hurdle. This sequence (steps 1, 2 and 3) = one rep completed.
- Walk or run to the starting position (in front of hurdle) and begin the drill again.
- Step or crawl under the hurdle without any part of their body touching the hurdle.
Finish Position: The athlete clears the hurdle without touch any part of the hurdle.
- Any part of the body touches the hurdle at any stage of the drill the entire rep is not counted.
