Box Flip

Box Flip (Female 10 reps/Males 16 reps)

Start Position: Start facing the box. Flip the box by pushing with both hands in front of or at the sides of the box.

1. Flip the box by ensuring each surface (side) of the box comes in contact with the floor.

2. Continue to flip the box until you complete half the reps (females 5 and males 8).

3. Walk around the box and complete the remaining half of reps back to the start position.

Finish Position: Box is returned to the starting point.

Trainer's Tips

1. Do not allow your back to round when flipping the box

2. Push through each rep until the box is fully flipped on one side.

No Rep: One side of the box has to touch the floor on each flip. The box cannot be thrown across the floor.
