Congratulations on participating in this 8-week challenge and taking steps towards your journey to better health! Each week you will receive an email with tips on how to reach your goals.

Double your chances of success by planning ahead! Planning your meals and when you are going to exercise are the keys to success. Use Canada’s Food guide available via the link below and attend a BeeFit Exercise Workshop next week to help you get started in your planning process! You may register for one of the following workshops with fitness staff. Space is limited.

We look forward to seeing you for your week 1 testing the week of January 20-24.

The tests that we will be performing during your appointment include:

  • Height
  • Weight
  • Waist Circumference
  • Body Fat (optional)
  • 3 Minute Step Test
  • Grip Strength
  • Push Ups

Pre-Test Guidelines: DO NOT exercise 6 hours before your test or have a heavy meal, drink caffeine or smoke 2 hours before your test.

Please wear comfortable footwear for your appointment.
